Terms And Conditions

1. Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site, are Mentmore prices and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery within the UK is included unless otherwise clearly stated. Delivery for outside the UK is charged at cost and is advised by Mentmore when you order. Mentmore cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full and we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.

2. Our returns and refunds policy
If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from Mentmore you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund to you including delivery charges.

Your Mentmore pen is guaranteed for life against all manufacturing defects to the original purchaser. In case of complaint please return it to the address below stating purchases name and approximate date.

3. General
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Mentmore
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

We cannot guarantee that the colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
